Darrell McGraw Answers $700,000 Negative Attack Ad Campaign

Attorney General Darrell McGraw Responds to the $700,000 negative attack ad campaign recently launched by out of state special interest groups in newspapers and television stations.

"As your Attorney General, a primary focus of my Administration has been consumer education. A consumer who learns how to protect himself is less likely to be harmed; a business that learns where the law draws it's lines is less likely to transgress them. Thus, education is the linchpin of preventing consumer fraud and abuse in the first place, with a happy dividend of reducing demand for mediation and litigation."
