• The NRA (National Rifle Assocation) Endorses Darrell McGraw

  The National Rifle Association's Political Victory Fund has endorsed Attorney General Darrell McGraw in his re-election on November 4th. This endorsement comes with a rating closely tied to being an incumbent with not only an excellent voting record on critical NRA issues, but also being one that has made vigorous efforts to preserve and protect the Second Amendment.

  McGraw's opponent Dan Greear (R) received a "?" (questionable) rating which indicates he either failed to complete the organization's questionnaire or an indication of indifference, if not outright hostility, to gun owner's and sportsmen's rights addressed in the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution.

  With the election just weeks away, it is important that gun-owners and gun rights supporters exercise their right to vote in the election on November 4th.

• The West Virginia Gazette, the State's Newspaper, Endorses Darrell McGraw

  McGraw has established a powerful record by suing shady lenders, irresponsible drug corporations, dubious stockbrokers, deadly cigarette manufacturers and others. His Consumer Protection Division also recovers money for exploited families. Altogether, he has won nearly $2 billion in settlements for the state government and refunds for individuals.

  
  
• Council of Carpentars Union Endorses Darrell McGraw
  

  Marcus W. Estlack, District Manager and Political Director of the West Virginia Council of Carpenters and Millwrights Union recently announced his union’s endorsement of Attorney General Darrell V. McGraw, Jr.

  In a written letter to the Attorney General Estlack said, “Your commitment to stand up for the rights of local workers has gained the Attorney General the support of the membership and their families.”

  The West Virginia District of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Council of Carpenters and Millwrights represent 3000 working men and women.

• Charleston Attorney and Former Legislator Signs on for McGraw Campaign.
  

  Former State Senator John R. Mitchell, Jr. (D-Kanawha) has signed on as the treasurer of Friends of Attorney General Darrell V. McGraw, Jr. Mitchell operates his own law firm in the City of Charleston. He was elected to the State Senate in 1998 and represented the 8th Senatorial District of Kanawha County from January 1999 until January 2003.

  In a prepared statement, Senator Mitchell stated, "Attorney General Darrell McGraw has represented the interests of the people of West Virginia throughout his entire life. He is a dedicated public servant who has always held the interests of this state and her people close to his heart. • Attorney General Darrell McGraw Receives Endorsement of West Virginia AFL-CIO
  

  Kenny Perdue and Larry Matheney of the West Virginia AFL-CIO announce that Attorney General Darrell McGraw has received the endorsement of The West Virginia AFL-CIO COPE (Committee On Political Education). This group is comprised of representatives from every affiliated international union in West Virginia, as well as representatives from the trade and industrial councils, the Central Labor Councils and the West Virginia AFL-CIO Executive Board.

  Attorney General Darrell McGraw is supported and endorsed by teachers all over the state. President Charles DeLauder of the West Virginia Education Association has annouced his groups endorsement of McGraw.
